Stephanie brings a wide range of commercial real estate experience to the Edgemoor team, including expertise in leasing, brokerage, underwriting, and construction management. In her role as a Senior Analyst, she supports real estate pursuits and developments by way of research, due diligence, and feasibility analysis.
Stephanie holds a Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys exercising, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
