With over 37 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Neal has overseen the development of all of Edgemoor's public-private partnership projects since he founded the firm in 2001. He has developed over 80 buildings in the Washington, D.C. area alone and has expanded that experience to include numerous projects across the country.
Neal received a Masters of Real Estate from The American University and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Tulane University.
