Liz is responsible for forming strategic partnerships with debt and equity providers to enable our clients to create long-term assets that meet their risk and return goals through creative financial solutions along with turnkey solutions. Edgemoor’s strategic capital approach to bring creative financial solutions to both public and private real estate owners and operators is necessary as the real estate industry evolves. Our institutional, public, and private clients are interested in creating the physical spaces to meet their needs, but the current standard approaches are limiting their ability to do so. Prior to joining Edgemoor, Liz was a Director with Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group where she originated over $1.6 billion in new commitments across the country.
Liz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American Politics from the University of Virginia. Liz is active in the commercial real estate industry, speaking at conferences and seminars about trends shaping the industry. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, boating in the Chesapeake Bay, and playing golf.
