Katie provides a unique perspective to the development process with her understanding of finance, leasing and marketing, programming and activation, and operations. She brings past experience in underwriting, construction, development, and operations to her role with Edgemoor.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women in Washington, DC (CREW DC). Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and baking.
