Jingjing brings over ten years of experience in real estate development and financing to her role at Edgemoor. Jingjing has managed projects encompassing over 200,000 square feet and has successfully closed deals totaling over $80 million in capital. Her expertise spans various facets of real estate projects, with a focus on multifamily residential developments, mixed-use projects, and public-private partnerships.
Jingjing has a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Civil Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology. She is a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.
