Jamie provides executive oversight for all of Edgemoor's development and asset management activities. With over 33 years in development and construction management, Jamie's experience includes, both in private development and P3s, land acquisition and disposition, land use entitlements, real estate development budgeting, design and construction management, marketing and leasing, and performing asset management for company owned and third-party assets. Most recently, Jamie provided real estate advisory services to Virginia Tech for their new innovation campus in National Landing. The project included several critical pre-development activities, including evaluation of available sites and facilities to meet the long-term program objectives and negotiating the terms to secure the new campus land.
Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Jamie is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP. He gives back to his community as an adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America.
