Dawn brings over 20 years of experience in a controller role, primarily in property management and real estate development, to the Edgemoor team. In her role at Edgemoor, she manages the monthly pay application process between the subcontractors and the owner and is responsible for ensuring smooth, timely payments.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a CPA.
