An 8-5 City Council vote in favor of moving forward with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signaled the close of the procurement process and the start of a new chapter for the KCI New Terminal project.
The approved MOU is the result of months of collaboration with City representatives and Council members, and reflects our Team’s commitment to delivering a transformative project—one that will foster job growth, train and develop the future workforce, and provide capacity-building opportunities for local, minority-, women-, and veteran-owned firms, as well as disadvantaged businesses.
