Jan is a creative design and real estate professional who serves as a Senior Development Associate for Edgemoor. He has a strong foundation in design principles, building technology, and comprehensive project management, and brings his prior experience as an architect of public and private higher education and medical facilities to the team. In all his work, Jan aspires to create value for his team, client, and community in a strategic, responsible, and sustainable way.
Jan has a Master in Design Studies (Real Estate and the Built Environment) from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Cooper Union. He is a Registered Architect in the state of Utah, an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Young Leader and member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. Outside of his vocation, Jan loves art, regularly practices yoga, and enjoys mountain sports.
